LeagueExtraWear respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our customers and partners to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright or trademark, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Our catalog includes fan-inspired and made-to-order merchandise. Team names, logos and league marks are the property of their respective owners, and their use on the site is not intended to imply official endorsement or affiliation. If you own rights to material you believe is being used improperly, please notify us using the process below and we will act promptly.
2. Filing a DMCA / Infringement Notice
To submit a takedown request, email [email protected] with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed
- The exact URL(s) or product(s) you believe are infringing
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove listings and terminate accounts of parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
